Structural characteristics of box
The box body of the ultraviolet weather resistance test box is processed and formed by NC machine tool, with beautiful and generous shape. The box cover is a two-way flip type, which is easy to operate.
The inner tank of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel plate, and the outer tank of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
The heating method is tank type heating, with fast temperature rise and uniform temperature distribution.
The drainage system uses vortex return and U-shaped sedimentation devices for drainage, which is convenient for users to clean.
Control system:
The ultraviolet weather resistance test chamber adopts black aluminum plate to connect the temperature sensor and blackboard temperature instrument to control the heating, which makes the temperature more stable.
The radiometer probe is fixed without loading and unloading each time.
The radiation amount adopts a special ultraviolet radiation meter with high-precision display and measurement.
The radiation degree shall not be greater than 50W / m2.
Illumination and condensation can be controlled independently and alternately.
The light cycle and condensation time can be controlled in any one thousand hours.
